The Role
We are currently seeking aPart-Time Payroll Administratorto join our small and dedicated team. This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and payroll experience who enjoys working with clients in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a broad client base
* Complete Revenue submissions, salary certificates, and CSO surveys
* Prepare and generate ad hoc payroll reports as needed
* Provide client support via phone and email in a professional and helpful manner
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience processing multiple payrolls is a strong advantage
* IPASS qualification is desirable, but not essential
* 16–20 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday)
* 25 days annual leave (pro rata)
