Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update client records with accuracy and attention to detail
* Provide high-standard administrative support to consultants, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
* Prepare meeting documentation and manage the processing of new business applications in pensions
* Communicate effectively with clients over phone and email, ensuring seamless transaction processes
* Work closely with consultants to deliver exceptional results and meet client expectations
Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry, particularly in pensions, is essential. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
