HR Manager Hybrid | Dublin 2 | 6-Month Contract A growing organisation based in Dublin city centre is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its collaborative People & Culture team on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys driving operational excellence, partnering closely with stakeholders and leading meaningful people initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening HR operations, improving processes, supporting managers and helping deliver a high-quality employee experience across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding Act as a senior point of contact for HR queries and operational issues Support and oversee recruitment activity, partnering with hiring managers to improve hiring timelines and reduce vacancy gaps Provide guidance and oversight on employee relations matters, absence management and policy application Drive process improvement initiatives and support backlog reduction across People Operations Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business Support the implementation of a new HR system and contribute to wider HR transformation initiatives Help create capacity within the wider People & Culture team to support strategic people projects About You Previous experience in a HR Manager or senior HRBP/People Operations role Strong operational HR experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience supporting employee relations and advising managers Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Solutions-focused with a proactive and organised approach Experience improving HR processes and driving operational efficiencies HR systems implementation experience would be highly advantageous Whats on Offer Hybrid working model Dublin 2 city centre location Opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing organisation Collaborative and supportive team environment Broad exposure across operational and strategic HR activities For a confidential discussion or to learn more, feel free to get in touch directly.
