**Job Summary:**
A Clinical Nurse Manager I will be responsible for leading and managing the clinical teams within a medical assessment unit.
• Ensure that all nursing staff provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Supervise, guide, and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective use of resources.
About This Role:
•The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills. They must be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and lead by example. A management qualification is preferred but not essential. The ability to mentor junior nurses would also be beneficial
•This role requires an individual who can work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor when dealing with difficult situations; prioritizing tasks efficiently as part of this job means you'll need good time-management skills too!
