Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Sanjay’s Kitchen Indian Restaurant.
Responsibilities
Food preparation and support with daily kitchen operations using fresh ingredients and authentic cooking techniques.
Maintain food quality, hygiene and presentation standards.
Assist with menu preparation, stock monitoring and kitchen coordination.
Support efficient service during busy periods.
Work effectively as part of a kitchen team while maintaining high operational and food safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
Experience in Indian/Asian cuisine preparation and kitchen operations.
Experience working in fast-paced kitchen environments.
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Stock control, kitchen staff coordination and kitchen POS ordering systems.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience.
No specific qualification required.
Desirable Qualifications
Ability skills: Catering, Hospitality.
Competency skills: Teamwork, Time Management.
Competency skills: HACCP.
Specialisation in Indian and Asian cuisine.
