Operating across Ireland and the UK, they are involved in some of the most complex and high-value projects in the industry, offering a dynamic and collaborative working environment.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Dublin.
Your new role
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial and contractual management of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and managing interim valuations and final accounts.
* Monitoring project budgets and cost control.
* Assisting in procurement and tendering processes.
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Supporting senior commercial staff in contract administration and reporting.
* Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
You will be working on large-scale projects with a team of experienced professionals, gaining exposure to complex builds and cutting-edge construction methodologies.
What you'll need to succeed
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
* 3+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in the relevant software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
