Cpl HR Recruitment are supporting one of Ireland's fastest‑growing professional services firms, scaling rapidly through M&A and organic growth. I am looking to speak with highly experienced recruiters who have led hiring in accountancy and tax specifically. You will partner directly with senior leadership, manage constant live roles, and support through an exciting time for the organisation. This role may ideally suit someone coming from a specialist accountancy/tax recruitment agency who wants to move in‑house
Role and responsibilities will include:
1. Own end‑to‑end recruitment across all accountancy and tax disciplines.
2. Directly headhunt and build pipelines in a competitive market.
3. Support talent needs arising due to growth
4. Partner with 3–4 agencies where needed, but drive strong direct sourcing.
5. Travel to regional offices to understand teams, culture and local demands.
6. Advise leaders on qualifications, talent availability and market trends.
Skills and experience required:
7. 5+ years agency experience specialising ONLY in accountancy/tax/practice recruitment.
8. Experience in the Irish market is essential
9. Deep understanding of qualifications required and practice structures.
10. Proven success managing high‑volume and specialist roles.
11. Strong stakeholder skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders.
