Production Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee all molding operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proactive professional who can set performance standards, monitor operational outcomes, analyze workflow efficiency, and resolve production challenges.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure seamless operations, superior product quality, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will direct and oversee all molding operations to ensure production targets and customer requirements are consistently met.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To establish track optimize plant performance metrics identify opportunities for operational improvements implement corrective actions as needed
2. To review approve manage labor planning performance evaluations training safety accident reports
3. To monitor production data including downtime waste nonconformances lead initiatives minimize disruptions enhance efficiency drive technical operational enhancements partnership engineering quality crossfunctional teams
To Ensure compliance regulatory standards safety protocols company policies throughout production processes
Key Qualifications:
