We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our Customer Growth team in Central & Southern Europe. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives focused on driving growth within our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Hire, train, and lead a team of sales professionals

* Accurately forecast business performance and identify trends
">
* Provide daily sales coaching and performance management
">
* Leverage scorecards to hold the team accountable to specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
">
* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing to optimize lead generation efforts
">
* Manage and lead sales processes for high-value deals and renewals
">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* 1-3 years of experience in people management, including coaching and development
">
* Fluent French and/or German language skills, in addition to English
">
* A proven track record of success and overachievement in a SaaS sales role
">
* Ability to quickly assess skills gaps and develop improvement plans
">
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to change
">
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
