About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a Social Care Worker where you will play a key role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. You will be working within a community-based organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supporting individuals with complex needs, excellent communication skills and a passion for making a positive difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Providing positive behaviour and person-centred supports to ensure a good quality of life for individuals.
* Working closely with the Social Care Leader, multi-disciplinary team and families to deliver a high-quality service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* QQI Level 7 Bachelor of Arts in Applied Social Studies (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
* CORU registration or in process of.
* A full clean driver's licence an advantage.
