Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced and organised Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily running of our warehouse operations, deliveries, and stock control. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage people, processes, and product flow effectively.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all warehouse operations – goods in/out, order picking, storage, and dispatch
* Oversee deliveries and collections, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service
* Supervise and support warehouse/delivery staff, creating weekly schedules and task lists
* Maintain accurate stock records in our ERP system (Intact iQ)
* Liaise with the sales and joinery teams to ensure smooth order flow and on-time deliveries
* Ensure all warehouse, yard, and delivery vehicles are kept clean, organised, and safe
* Implement and maintain health & safety procedures, including manual handling compliance
* Coordinate with installers and customers to manage order readiness and call-offs
* Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and process documentation correctly
* Manage stock takes, returns, and inventory accuracy
* Support process improvements and warehouse layout optimisation

Skills & Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse management or logistics (construction or interiors industry preferred)
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in computers and stock/ERP systems (experience with Intact iQ an advantage)
* Valid manual handling certificate and forklift licence required
* Full, clean B driver's licence required – over 25 years old for insurance purposes
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
