You will lead your Sales Team, ensuring accountability for maintaining & delivering sales performance.
The Role:
* Driving global & creating local effective strategic business plans to meet and exceed sales and profit targets along with defending existing business.
* Understanding and addressing biopharmaceutical customer needs, solving complex problems, and aligning with key business partners locally & globally
* Leading your Team to anticipate customer needs and boosting ongoing customer adoption of our technologies
* Collaborating with Supply Chain Partners to establish forecast collaboration programs for better visibility into customer demands.
* Actively coaching and developing your direct reports to improve sales, forecasting, and key business skills & supporting development of your talented team members
* Traveling for internal meetings and customer visits, including overnight and weekend travel as needed.
This important position for Process Solutions is a full-time role that requires a commitment to driving sales performance, customer satisfaction executing on a strategy and developing talent within the team.
Who You Are
* Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience (must-have).
* MBA is optional (desirable).
* At least 5 years of leadership experience or 3+ years in M2 level management (must-have).
* 10+ years of direct related biopharma/pharma experience in sales or management (must-have).
* Proven ability to maintain & achieve sales volume goals through leadership, coaching, and development of a sales team (must-have).
* Strong collaboration skills with various local & global teams to understand growth opportunities (must-have).
* Experience in managing budgets and establishing strategic local relationships within the life science industry (desirable).
* Embraces digital tools and solutions to maximize productivity and effectiveness (desirable).
