Secret Recipe are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader / Supervisor to support day-to-day operations in our ready-made meals kitchen. As a key part of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting team performance.Key Responsibilities:· Supervise and coordinate production staff during shifts to meet daily targets· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, BRC)· Monitor production processes and resolve any issues that may impact output or quality· Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and productivity· Maintain accurate records of production output, incidents, and shift reports· Collaborate with supervisors and other departments (e.g., quality control, logistics) to optimize efficiency· Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and toolsRequirements:· Must have at least 1 years experience in a similar environment, in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in ready meals· Strong leadership and communication skills· Knowledge of food safety standards and production procedures· Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if requiredThis is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding companyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €600.00 per weekBenefits:Employee discountFood allowanceOn-site parkingExperience:Work In Food Production Kitchen: 1 year (required)Language:Good Spoken English (required)Work Location: In person
