Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the company's growth and go to market strategy. Drive new client acquisition and recurring revenue expansion. Build and mentor a high performing sales and marketing team. Manage and optimise the sales funnel to maximise lead conversion. Represent the business externally, building trusted client and partner relationships. Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision making. Ideal Background Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving new business. Experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial strategy within B2B or professional services. Strong grasp of financial metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, profitability). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Hands on, growth oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Background in Managed Services (MSP) or IT/Consulting services advantageous.
