The business operates diagnostic imaging and minor injuries centres around the country, offering a broad range of cutting-edge imaging technology and healthcare services to the public, insurers, employers and other organisations.
We are a growing team looking for a creative, energetic, and proactive Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to take ownership of our digital presence. In this role, you’ll create engaging content, nurture our online communities, and help shape how customers experience our brand across social and review platforms.

Responsibilities
Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Write clear, compelling copy that reflects our brand voice.
Use design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce static graphics, carousels, and short-form video content.
Own the daily publishing schedule and ensure consistent, on-brand activity across all channels.
Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and customer queries promptly and professionally.
Build meaningful relationships by joining relevant online conversations and fostering a strong sense of community.
Manage and enhance our online reputation by monitoring and responding to Trustpilot and Google Reviews.
Handle negative feedback with empathy and problem-solving skills, while amplifying positive reviews to build trust.
Track competitor activity to spot trends, identify content opportunities, and help us stand out in the market.
Analyse performance metrics to understand what content works best and adapt your approach accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or related field.
2–4+ years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
Understanding of the Irish healthcare market (preferred).
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, social media algorithms, and paid advertising tools.
A genuine self-starter — someone who brings ideas, solutions, and energy to every project.
