Administrative Support Role
This part-time, fixed-term position offers an opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the region, supporting administrative procedures and policies.
* Key responsibilities include processing invoices, timesheets, and expense reports accurately and on time.
* Additionally, the role involves budgeting, invoice tracking, and expense monitoring, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and operational meetings.
* Oversight of office facilities, equipment, inventories, and supplier negotiations is also required.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shipping, receiving, and customs processes.
* Maintaining accurate personnel records and coordinating leave authorisations are also key aspects of this role.
* Support for health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, events, and reporting is essential.
* Organising meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and catering, is a critical aspect of this position.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum 3 years' experience in a senior administrative position.
* Experience with health & safety or employee wellbeing programs is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Sage 200 an advantage.
* Strong organisational and planning abilities, with excellent attention to detail, are essential.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines is crucial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
