Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Care Professional to manage a children's residential service, providing therapeutic care and support to young people in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality care and support services.
* Manage the home in accordance with its Statement of Purpose, ensuring a safe and caring environment for residents.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
Requirements
* Qualification in Social Care or relevant field (minimum QQI Level 7).
* At least 3 years' experience working in children's residential care, with 2 years at team leader level.
* Flexibility to work shifts if required.
* Up-to-date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding.
* Experience of multi-disciplinary working with various professionals.
* Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines.
* Full driving licence and business insurance.
