Job Overview:
The Area Manager – Hospitality will oversee operations across multiple stores, supporting the Head of Operations in upholding the brand's core values.
* Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and community engagement among teams.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and franchisees.
* Drive sales growth through targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regularly visit stores to assess performance, conduct business reviews, provide feedback, and ensure operational standards are met
2. Support stores to drive sales, increase profitability and uphold standards in line with strategic goals
3. Analyze sales figures and financial data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the food industry, preferably in a franchise or multi-site environment. Minimum 2 years of experience.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
* Passion for food and beverage with a keen interest in sustainability.
