Overview
We’re looking for an Office Administrator in Blessington. This position will ensure the smooth operation of the office - overseeing reception, distributing & collecting paperwork, organising recruitment & some HR duties.
Responsibilities
* Managing reception, printing, distributing and collecting departmental paperwork daily.
* Managing and coordinating occasional events
* Screening candidates for roles, organising and closing out interview process
* Ensuring all files kept up to date, assisting with rostering and other HR tasks
* Capturing & maintaining data for the new ERP system
Experience & Skills
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
