This role involves working closely with managers to deliver people-focused solutions that support the organisation's strategic objectives and growth. Key Responsibilities: Partner with management teams to align HR initiatives with operational goals and enhance overall business performance. Lead and support projects across workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. Act as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees on a variety of HR issues including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters. Manage employee relations cases and investigations, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely outcomes. Work with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective talent attraction strategies. Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising and sourcing to interviewing and offer management. Leverage social media and other sourcing tools to attract high-calibre candidates. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and best practice. Provide expert advice on employment law matters and ensure ongoing compliance across the organisation. Guide managers through the performance management cycle, including objective setting, appraisals, and development plans. Coach leaders to build capability and manage employee development effectively. Produce regular HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and identify trends. Provide monthly payroll updates and collaborate with finance on related queries. Design and deliver internal communication initiatives to support employee engagement and foster a positive working culture. Keep employees informed on company updates, changes, and initiatives. Identify training needs and support the delivery of learning initiatives across the business. Facilitate workshops and sessions on topics including performance management and HR policy awareness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD accreditation and employment law qualifications are highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Partner or similar role. Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment legislation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Comfortable challenging the status quo and contributing to business improvements. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms. Flexibility to travel between sites when required.
