We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our long term construction projects in Midleton, Cork. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, manage teams, and ensure all works are delivered to a high standard and in full compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and maintain project schedules.
Supervise and monitor site employees and subcontractors.
Lead and coordinate site teams to ensure the project remains on target.
Identify skills needed on-site and assist in hiring, training, and supervising employees.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction site supervision.
Valid Safe Pass certification.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and resolve conflicts.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
