We are looking to hire a number of Manufacturing Operators for our client a medical device organisation based in County Westmeath. You will be offered a 12-month contract initially.
Must be flexible to work shift patterns & weekends.
Responsibilities:
1. Hand assemble manufactured components
2. Complete required documentation for work performed
3. Quality inspect work performed
4. Follow defined work procedures
5. Provide suggestions for continuous line/process improvements
6. Provide training appropriate to the assembly line
7. Effectively communicate with co-workers
8. Ability to read and comprehend operator instructions
9. Able to perform to production line standards as well as high-level quality expectations
10. Maintain good communication skills
11. Team-oriented and self-directing
12. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and communication
