The successful candidates will support production activities and assist skilled operatives in the manufacturing of aluminium glass components and structures.So, if you're looking for a fresh perspective and you're ready to accelerate your career at a leading European company, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation of materials for fabrication processes including cutting, welding, and assemblyLoad and unload materials from machinery and transport items around the workshopPerform basic machine operations under supervision once trainedCarrying out general tasks assigned by the Production Manager/Supervisor/Team LeadsMove raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished goodsSort, stack, and store materials according to specificationsAssist with stock control and inventory managementClean and maintain workshop equipment and machineryRemove waste materials and scrap metal for recycling or disposalSupport the team with general housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe working environmentFollow instructions from supervisors and team leadersCommunicate effectively regarding workflow, materials, and any issues that ariseExperienceSome experience in using power tools/drill an advantageExperience working within a fast-paced factory environment an advantageKey SkillsAssertive communicationExcellent teamworkExcellent time attendance managementPositive attitudeAdapt to changing production requirements and prioritiesWork EnvironmentMachine shop environment will require the use of industrial hearing protection and/or other protective equipment.Physical demands will require manual handling.Why join us?We are a leading façade specialist in Ireland and the UK (we offer the full value chain to our customers, from consultancy and design through to manufacturing and installation).We work on bespoke projects shaping the Irish and UK skylines.
