Leadership Store Manager

The role requires a proven track record in analysing sales data and implementing improvements, as well as experience in rota planning and long-term resource management. The successful candidate will be confident in making independent decisions in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams of 10 or more in a retail environment
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
* Strong commercial understanding with a track record in analysing sales and improving store performance
