Job Title: Strategic Learning & Development Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic learning & development leader to drive our organization's growth through innovative talent development solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
* Design and deliver leadership programmes, coaching supports, and competency-based career pathways.
* Oversee blended learning solutions, mandatory training, induction, and digital learning tools.
* Lead organisational change and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
* Relevant Level 8 qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education & Training, Organisational Psychology or related field.
* At least 7 years' senior experience leading learning and development in a complex organisation.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing strategic learning and development frameworks.
* Strong understanding of regulatory and workforce requirements.
* Experience managing teams, budgets, and diverse stakeholders.
Desirable Criteria:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education, Leadership, Organisational Development, or Strategic HRM.
* Familiarity with person-centred service models and approaches used within the intellectual disability or broader human services sector.
