 
        Chef de PartieWe are a very busy city centre restaurant and our focus is on good quality food, locally sourced. We believe in a work life balance, consecutive days off and no split shifts. We make everything from scratch and have our own dedicated production kitchen on site. We operate 7 days per week.We expect the candidate to have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for quality, a creative mind and a good work ethic. Candidate will be required to prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, Follow recipes and presentation specifications, Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards, Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment, Restock items as needed throughout the shift, Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standardsWe are dedicated to providing a positive working environment with lots of training and development opportunities for colleagues to ensure all achieve full potential and rewarding careers.The successful candidate will have:A minimum of two years' experience in a busy hospitality environmentHave excellent customer service outlookProficiency in EnglishBe fully eligible to work in Ireland as per current Irish Immigration Law.
