Business Development Representative (BDR) Needed for Digital Advertising Team
Our team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced, international digital advertising team in Dublin. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with independent agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and qualify potential clients
* Conduct market research and strategic outreach to drive acquisition efforts
* Develop and present compelling proposals using performance insights, trends, and platform tools
* Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and document progress using CRM tools
Requirements:
* Experience in sales, business development, or agency partnerships
* Proven ability to exceed revenue and acquisition goals
* Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
* Fluent in French or German and English (written and verbal)
* Skilled in using CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoominfo, Lusha)
* Solid understanding of the digital advertising or media landscape
* Comfortable with travel and working across international teams
