Salary – €80K plus package
The Company:
Our client here at Inform3, a specialist Fitout company operating across an array of sectors, is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager.
You will be working with a reputable Fit Out Contractor on high-value fit-out projects across Dublin City. Winning multiple projects with repeat clientele, our client has CAT A Office Fit Outs due to start and requires a strong Project Manager to oversee them.
Ideally, applicants will have experience with commercial fit-out at a senior management level and be used to working to tight deadlines and KPIs.
The Role:
* Coordinate, monitor, and review construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
* Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
* Report to the Contracts Manager.
* Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors; manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops, and plan actions.
* Monitor construction to ensure quality of work; coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
What you need:
* Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the commercial fit-out industry.
* Ability to effectively manage site programmes and associated schedules to required deadlines.
* Flexibility to travel across a range of projects.
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office, Project, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
* Clean Driver's License.
