A leading sporting organisation in Dublin is seeking a Facilities Executive to ensure the smooth and efficient running of their office environments, supporting staff, athletes, and visitors with a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming atmosphere. What you'll do: Be the main contact for staff and players on office facilities across multiple locations Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors to ensure cost-effective services Monitor building systems and conduct inspections to identify hazards or improvements Support health and safety compliance through record-keeping, drills, and audits Manage car fleet operations, including insurance policies and lease provider relationships Assist with office planning, meeting room setups, event logistics, and IT coordination What you bring: Previous experience in a similar facilities management role Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance processes Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills Ability to identify and resolve facility issues quickly and effectively Energetic attitude with flexibility to handle tasks outside regular hours Qualifications in Facilities Management or Health & Safety is desirable This organisation is committed to excellence, creating inclusive and supportive environments for employees and athletes.
