We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of assistive technology solutions for people with intellectual disabilities.
* The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Service Innovation and Development and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating assistive technology plans that promote communication, learning, and community inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing innovative assistive technology solutions to enhance daily living skills, communication, and learning abilities.
* Carrying out assessments and developing person-centred AT plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification in Assistive Technology or a related field is required.
* Excellent knowledge of assistive technology solutions and their applications.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
