We are seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in infrastructure delivery. This role involves playing a vital part in safeguarding all stages of project work from design and delivery through to handover and operations.
About the Role
* Carry out pre-handover inspections on projects nearing completion;
* Identify any potential health & safety issues to be resolved before transfer to operations;
* Take part in design review workshops, ensuring that HSQE requirements are integrated into designs via engineering consultants and regional leads;
The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations. Strong communication skills are also essential for effective liaison with engineering teams, contractors, local authorities, and senior management.
