Leadership Opportunity in VAT Advisory
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager or Director to lead our VAT team in Dublin. As part of the senior tax leadership group, you will advise clients on VAT matters and develop the VAT offering.
About the Role
* Advising clients on VAT planning opportunities and acting as their primary point of contact.
* Building and managing a team, ensuring work is delegated effectively and deadlines are met.
* Monitoring progress and ensuring the profitability of the VAT function.
* Raising awareness of VAT within the firm and promoting good practice.
* Working closely with partners and managers to manage client VAT issues.
* Providing training on VAT and supporting the development of junior staff.
* Overseeing the delivery of tax projects and advisory work.
Your Qualifications
1. CTA, CTC, ACA or ACCA qualified.
2. Experience working in a top-tier firm in Ireland.
3. Strong technical knowledge of VAT and hands-on experience dealing with VAT issues.
4. A track record of delivering tax projects successfully.
5. Experience managing and developing teams.
6. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to client needs.
