* Create engaging instructional materials using multiple delivery methods (e-Learning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, job aids) and content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline and Rise 360).
* Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and learning performance managers to conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps aligned with target business outcomes.
