About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the management team in driving performance and standards across the restaurant.
You will lead by example, motivate the team, and help create a welcoming and high-energy environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise front-of-house staff during shifts
* Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
* Support recruitment, training, and development of team members
* Oversee daily opening and closing procedures
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
* Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
* Assist in stock control, ordering, and inventory management
* Drive upselling initiatives and maximise revenue opportunities
* Support management in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Key Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality
* Previous people management experience (desired)
* Strong bartending skills with solid knowledge of cocktails and drinks
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
