Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.

• Provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, policies, and procedures.

• Analyze metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
