Are you a driven sales and digital marketing professional with a flair for creativity and a passion for achieving results?
We’re looking for a Sales & Digital Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their career in a diverse and hands-on marketing and sales role.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team that values innovation, initiative, and fresh ideas.
Working closely with our internal teams and external partners, you’ll help deliver integrated sales and digital marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and customer success.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and maintain our company website — keeping content fresh, accurate, and engaging.
* Create and manage compelling sales-driven digital content that connects with our audiences and supports our business goals.
* Track online user behaviour and use insights to enhance digital performance and conversion rates.
* Plan and deliver digital advertising, lead generation, and sales campaigns that drive revenue and customer retention.
* Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
* Analyse campaign and sales performance data to identify opportunities and share actionable insights.
* Conduct competitor and market research to help us stay ahead and refine our sales and marketing strategies.
* Support wider marketing and sales initiatives — from product launches and events to promotions and customer engagement projects.
* Assist with day-to-day sales operations and client communication where needed.
What You’ll Bring
* 2–3 years’ experience in a sales and/or digital marketing role.
* Proven experience in website management, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
* A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills — you enjoy engaging with customers and colleagues alike.
* Excellent organisation and project management skills — you can balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills — you know how to interpret data to improve marketing and sales performance.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for sales, marketing, and achieving results.
* Experience in sales campaigns, promotions, or client relationship management is a strong advantage.
* Knowledge of the water and wastewater industry (an advantage, but not essential).
