Job Profile: We are looking for an experienced candidate who has passion for recruitment and talent management.
The ideal candidate will report to the HRBP.
They will possess a strong knowledge of employment law, have a deep understanding of the organisation culture and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities of the roles: Provides Day-to-day HR administrative support to Craddock Nursing Home.
Ensuring employee files and records are up to date and fully compliant Recruitment and onboarding of new staff members; including advertising, scheduling of interview and preparing contracts Continuously seeking innovative methods to attract and retain key talent Management and reporting of absenteeism, training compliance, new hires.
Provides support on employee relations and performance management process Maintain, update and input employee data to the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure all information is accurate.
Qualification / Experience: Previous experience in a HR role within the Healthcare Sector desired.
Previous experience in both domestic and international recruitment a distinct advantage Relevant HR Qualification or any business related discipline Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Experience using a HRIS.
