We are seeking an experienced Legal PA to provide comprehensive support to the Head of Ireland, the Head of Department (Real Estate, Ireland) and other real estate fee earners, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service across all aspects of their work.
THE TEAM The Real Estate team in our Dublin office is a dynamic and highly regarded group within the firm, known for its collaborative approach and deep sector expertise.
The team provides comprehensive support across all areas of real estate law, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and property finance.
This role is vital to upholding the Head of Ireland and the team's reputation for excellence and efficiency.
You will be part of a wider team of Legal PAs who assist fee earners across all practice areas, supported by internal colleagues such as legal support assistants, document production, finance, and business development teams What sets us apart is our combination of local expertise, international reach, and a collaborative, client-focused culture, which ensures we consistently outperform competitors in the Irish market.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE • In this role, you will provide high-quality, proactive support with technical expertise and strong attention to detail to the Head of Office, as well as to other key real estate fee earners.
• Anticipate the needs of fee earners, identify gaps, and take ownership to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strict adherence to the firm's risk and compliance policies, completing all compulsory training and returning complaints/claims questionnaires on time.
• Collaborate effectively across teams, utilising administrative and document support resources efficiently.
