Head of Beverages, Confectionery & Snacks (FMCG) – Dublin (Hybrid)We are recruiting a senior FMCG leader to take full ownership of a high-performing Beverages, Confectionery & Snacks portfolio within a fast-paced, brand-led Irish consumer business.
This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role, with responsibility for setting portfolio vision, leading a team of seven (including two direct reports), managing senior brand-owner relationships, and driving sustainable commercial growth across the Irish and Northern Irish markets.
You will work cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class execution across Off-Trade and Out-of-Home channels, while identifying and onboarding new brand partnerships to strengthen and future-proof the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Full P&L ownership across the BC&S portfolio Development and execution of portfolio strategy and annual growth plans Leadership, coaching and development of a seven-person team Senior relationship management with brand owners and country managers Localisation and execution of global brand strategies for the Irish market Close collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Field Sales and Marketing teams Identification of growth opportunities using consumer, category and market insight Pitching for, onboarding and scaling new brand partnerships Delivery of strong commercial performance across Off-Trade and OOH channels Candidate Profile Senior FMCG or retail leadership experience with strong Irish market knowledge Proven people leader with a track record of building high-performing teams Strong commercial and analytical capability, including full P&L ownership Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strategic mindset with the ability to operate hands-on when required Resilient, commercially curious and passionate about building consumer brands Comfortable operating at pace in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment Location & Structure Dublin 24 (Hybrid)Senior leadership role reporting to the Commercial Director How to Apply Apply directly via Linked In for a confidential review, or send your CV to
