Job Description:
Associate Director – Innovation Change, Communication and Technology Adoption
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and forward-thinking individual that will help to push boundaries and drive Sun Life US innovation initiatives as part of the Sun Life US Innovation Program Office.
The role will be crucial in fostering a culture of 'Try Fast/Learn Fast' and will do this by creating compelling narratives that showcase Sun Life's journey of transformation, supporting our teams to lead with curiosity and building tools to ensure the successful adoption of new ideas and technologies across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver novel ways to communicate innovation initiatives, tools, and methodologies

Identify potential barriers to change and develop mitigation strategies

Design and facilitate cross functional ideation workshops to help solve business problems
Develop and support a peer-to-peer network of innovation champions across Sun Life's business

Pioneer methods for seamlessly integrating emerging technologies into the daily operations of our people
Craft new approaches to knowledge acquisition and skills development, leveraging a highly active peer to peer learning network across our SL US IT organisation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in change management, innovation, or organisational development roles
Proven ability in facilitating cross functional ideation sessions
Experience with technology adoption and learning methodologies
Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills
Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies
Required Skills:
Creative thinker with the ability to challenge conventional approaches
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proactive and self-motivated with a bias for action
Familiarity with emerging technologies and their potential business applications
