Customer Acquisition Manager
This pivotal leadership role seeks a seasoned sales development professional to build and manage a high-performing team of business development representatives in Dublin. As a customer acquisition manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational direction of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine outbound pipeline generation strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Lead hiring efforts to recruit top talent and sustain team growth.
* Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) that track team activity and efficiency.
* Cultivate an inclusive and high-performance work environment aligned with company values.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales development and/or sales management roles.
* Minimum 2 years experience in a BDR/SDR management role or prior experience as a closing role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders and deliver presentations.
* Ability to train and mentor early-in-career sales talent and advance them into more senior sales roles.
