This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value commercial, industrial, residential, and fit-out projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland. The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will play a key role in subcontractor procurement, cost control, valuations, variations, and ensuring strong commercial performance across projects.
