* This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, and contributing to the creation of recipes and menu items with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
* You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes, managing kitchen and food safety standards, and controlling portion sizes and waste.
* In addition, you will assist in the management of food hygiene practices, train junior staff, and ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently and safely.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of kitchen experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
