Job DescriptionJob Purpose:Join our dynamic Learning & Development team and gain hands-on experience managing training operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. This internship offers exposure to both HR processes and digital systems, making it ideal for students with a background in Learning and Development, Human Resources or Technology. You'll help ensure training compliance, safety, and operational excellence through our Learning Management System (LMS).Primary Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for LMS (myLearning) queries via the site mailbox and support users through our LMS clinic.Coordinate and credit training sessions using LMS and ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business needs.Build and maintain learning items, curricula, and job codes in the LMS.Collaborate with global LMS teams to resolve site-specific queries and tasks.Upload and manage various training formats (e-learning, instructor-led, etc.) in LMS and Midas.Oversee Instructor Qualification tracking in LMS and MEDS.Ensure training documentation meets site standards and help others do the same.Generate and analyze training reports to support site learning goals.Review training metadata to ensure alignment with documentation and learning decisions.Assist in developing training materials such as job aids and visual guides.Contribute to process improvements in site training operations.Uphold global and regulatory standards, including cGMP, in all activities.Promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across Biotech Dublin.Qualification and Experience:Currently pursuing a degree in:Human Resources, Learning and Development, or Business Administration with an interest in L&DData Analytics, Digital Learning, Computer Science, or related technology fieldsGeneral Competencies:Passion for learning and development, with a drive to contribute to a high-performing team.Eagerness to grow professionally and continuously improve.Strong communication and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Technical Skills:Familiarity with cGMP and GDP is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.Experience or interest in LMS platforms and digital learning tools.PQ20Current Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HERESearch Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, also known as Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, Rahway, NJ, USA, does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
