About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
">
* Reviewing subscription agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
">
* Following up with investors on missing documentation to maintain accurate records and foster strong relationships.
">
* Maintaining all electronic and physical investor records, including bank accounts for assigned funds, in a secure and organized manner.
">
* Preparing and reviewing daily and weekly performance releases to provide transparent updates and insights.
">
* Producing investor statements and correspondence to enhance communication and trust.
">
* Assisting with handling Fund Manager and investor calls and emails to address queries efficiently and effectively.
">
* Supporting various projects as assigned by management to drive business growth and development.

Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
* A post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as business or finance.
">
* 1-3 years of experience in Client Services, preferably in the fund industry, with a proven track record of success.
">
* Excellent MS Office suite skills, with a strong focus on Excel, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
">
* Knowledge of fund industry concepts and terminology is an advantage, but not essential.
">
* Experience in Investor Relations, particularly in a transfer agency environment, is preferred but not required.
