A well-established and highly respected organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its collaborative People team due to growth.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a complex, fast-moving environment, partnering with senior leaders and contributing to key people initiatives across the organisation. The role offers strong exposure to strategic HR work while remaining hands‑on across core HR activities.
Working within a supportive and experienced HR function, you will play an important role in driving employee engagement, supporting leaders, and delivering best‑practice HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR guidance
Support employee relations matters in line with employment legislation and HR best practice
Contribute to workforce planning and resourcing decisions
Work closely with recruitment teams on hiring and retention strategies
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
Degree in HR, Business or related discipline
3–5+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role
Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in a complex or multi-stakeholder environment
