About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to support our team in the delivery of excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and training to customers, as well as developing a professional image of Brainlab with customers and competitors.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance and training to customers on the use of Spine Surgery products
* Maintain relationships with strategic partners and develop strategies aligned with corporate goals
* Update customer databases and perform administrative tasks related to this role
* Schedule visits, manage travel arrangements, conduct product demonstrations, provide hands-on guidance during patient treatments
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry or equivalent disciplines)
