The Role
We're looking for a
Project Manager
to drive new product development projects, primarily single-use bioprocessing equipment.
You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure smooth delivery from concept through manufacturing.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead NPI projects across R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
Develop and track project plans, roadmaps, and budgets.
Facilitate meetings, design reviews, and prototype testing.
Support documentation creation and technical transfer to manufacturing.
Identify and resolve risks and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Degree in Engineering or related field.
5–10 years' experience managing product development projects (life sciences, biotech, or industrial equipment preferred).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Trello) and ability to review technical drawings.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, Asia, or the US.
