An Assistant Business Manager with an interest in HR and business strategy by managing HR initiatives, partnering with management on employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management, and ensuring HR policies are followed. This role acts as a key HR partner to business units, providing guidance, advising on HR matters, and supporting managers in day-to-day HR tasks to align with business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
* Strategic HR Support: Serve as a strategic partner to business units, working with managers to implement HR initiatives that support business goals.
* Employee Relations: Advise and support management on employee relations, absence management, and dispute resolution.
* Talent Management: Assist with all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, and work to develop employees and foster a culture of learning and development.
* HR Administration: Oversee and maintain employee records, manage personnel files, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
* Data and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide reports to management, and support the development of data-driven solutions.
* Policy and Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to employment law and company guidelines.
* General Support: Handle day-to-day HR inquiries from employees and management, especially when the main HR manager or Business Manager is unavailable.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a Human Resources role or a related field.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and use it to make informed recommendations.
* Technical Proficiency: Experience with HR software, such as HRIS systems.
* Confidentiality and Professionalism: Must be able to handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Pay: €37,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
