Your daily responsibilities will include:

* Performing general administrative tasks
* Handling incoming calls and messages
* Coordinating travel and accommodation for site visitors

* Coordinating logistics and shipping

Requirements:
Previous administration/receptionist experience is essential. Practical skills include hands-on experience with office equipment such as printers, laptops, and phones. Proficient in relevant software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Professional demeanor at all times.
